Domestic Bank Outbound (fixed payout)

1) Rs. 35,000 per seat per month payout.
2) Minimum 10-15 experienced telecallers per unit. Telecallers should be from recruitment background.
3) Weekly Updated Database provided by Client. Center does not need their own database.
4) Each TC can book a minimum of 15-20 appointments per Week that mature into 1-2 Daily & Actual interviews by Bank.
5) Billing Cycle is Monthly Invoicing + 40 days.
6) Immediate sign up and go live in 2 Working Days flat.
7) REFERENCE CENTERS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO VISIT IN MUMBAI.

CLIENT IS INDIA'S NUMBER 1 PRIVATE BANK.

The Tele-Calling process for the Bank requires us to conduct the following activities:

1) The tele-callers have to call select candidates from the database provided (by the Client) and inform them of the Bank's requirements & criteria for new staff appointments.

2) Each tele-calling agent will call an average of 50-75 select candidates per day who fit the criteria as per the online database.

3) Of these 50-75 select candidates, at least 10-12 will say yes to the interview with the Bank since they have put their profiles on the job portal.

4) These 10-12 appointments will all not be for the same day and will be staggered based on their time availability, etc.

5) Hence, each tele-caller will have to maintain a Diary which will note on which day which candidate is visiting (which Branch) for the interview.

6) Once calling starts, over a period of 15-20 days, each tele-caller will have 10-12 appointments fixed for each working day. The tele-callers next job is to ensure that these appointments are kept by following up with the candidates and giving them reminders and taking their confirmations. In our experience only 1-2 actual candidates visit the Bank for the first round of interviews.

7) Hence, on an average the Bank meets 40-50 candidates every month per tele-caller.

8) The base target for the tele-caller is to set appointments that meet criteria of Bank. The selection of the candidates has direct bearing on the payout of Rs 35,000 per seat per month on the tele-caller's performance.

9) The Bank has a requirement of minimum 150-200 candidates per day across India for various positions (below manager level).

FAQs:

 As per the SLA it defines that Rs.35,000 payout will be paid provided center generates minimum average of 5 qualified and approved interviews by each agent per week where as it supposed to be minimum average of 4 qualified and approved by each agent per week.

Ans. We are keeping it as 5 in the contract so that even if the Center achieves 4 we can justify the payment. Else the Center would achieve only 3 and still argue for payment.

 SLA doesn't explain any type commercials/payout terms if center fails to reach said target. With respect to our discussions, if center generates less or more than 4 conversions then center can raise the invoice on pro-rata basis for the generated conversions

Ans. We will pay on prorate basis. That is a given and we can assure them of that via official email.

 Provision of using Bank's candidates data/resumes and number of data gets supplied to each agent per week is not mentioned in the SLA

Ans. We provide 50-75 records per agent per day. That is the average right now. In case of higher requirement from Bank, we will increase this number.

 Number of Bank's branches according to geographical location to be taken care by the center

Ans. This is a PAN India process and we have one center handling multiple locations. In some cases one center is handling even 5 locations.

 The resumes/data provided by Premium Recruiter will be extracted from Bank's HR Portal

Ans. The Bank gives us three portals to work with. We download data from all three, assimilate that data, split it into packets for each center and send to them via email on daily basis. Sometimes we send out the full week’s data in advance.

 Can we amend the invoice pay within 15 days from the date of invoice instead of 30 days

Ans. This is not possible. Our own agreement with the bank is 30+30 days.
