Domestic E-Commerce Process (Fixed Payout)

 Process Highlights – Domestic inbound and outbound

 Client helps business go online with one roof solution (wholesellers, retailers, shop owners) and take 40% payment on the call for closure.

 Client provides below facilities to the customer:

 1. Customer's own webstore for the customer to attract online consumers
 2. Online Payment gateway to take online payments from its customers
 3. Logistics to deliver products to its customers
 4. Market places tie ups like myntra, snapdeal , amazon etc to reduce marketing cost and increase sales
 5. Affiliates to attract traffic Seats:

Minimum 25 seats (1 slot)
20 seats inbound and 5 seats outbound

 Payout Per Month: Fixed Rs 30,000 per seat. 

 Beta period: 60 days (thereafter charge backs applicable) 

 Working hours : 9:00- 18:00 IST 
 Working days : Monday – Saturday 
 Payment cycle - Monthly (within 7 days of raising of the invoice) 
 Training – Client will visit the center for the training 
 Contract – 11 months can be extended with mutual consent of both the parties Sign up – with the end client

 Center requirements : 
 1. 25 Agents 
 2. Workstations 
 3. Database 
 4. Calling facility Sign up Procedure

Signup Process :
 1. Center’s profile will be screened 
 2. NDA to be signed by the center
 3. Agreement to be signed 
 4. Center to provide the dates for the client visit & training so the process to go live

Call Centre Role:
 Call centre is required to set up the tele sales force for the same. The role can be elaborated and discussed in detailed once call centre agree to go ahead with it.
Minimum agents to start with: 25 Agents + 1 Full time TL + 1 Manager (Shared)
Data: To be arranged by call enters

  • Online product training, training material to be provided by client (Duration 2 days).
  • Soft Skills and Sales training to be provided by call center.
  • Client will take mock call and test to certify the agents.
  • Assistance on as and when required basis to be provided by Client for initial 30 days from go live date to call centres.
  • Call centre would be responsible for further training.
