Outbound Tele-Validation Process


Scope of Revenue (Earning Potential) Rs.10.00 per record + Additional INFO Added Earning (per record basis) + Additional Disposition Earning (per record basis)


  • Call Recording for all Location IDs having dispositions with earning potential should be MANDATORILY provided to Getit for QC purpose on a DAILY BASIS.
  • Getit Inhouse QC team will provide a detailed grid of field wise monthly error percentage and QC Errors Not Fixed Status by the 7th of every month
  • The quality guidelines will change from time to time and same will be calibrated with your team one week in advance before Getit begins marking errors basis the revised version of QC guidelines.

DATA POINTS ( RECORDS ) for Validation

  • * Data points can be Freshly Sourced Data (With - Without Category)
  • * Data points can be Valid Data (Already Validated Data) for Revalidation
  • * Data points may contain all details, partial details or just Company Name + State + City + Locality + 1 Contact No (No category)
  • * Data points may contain DND contact numbers
  • * Data points may have connectivity percentage varying from 20% to 70% across batches of data points.
  • * Validation once done - Not to be done again (Pulled off from Calling)

DATA (Contact Number) CHURN RULE

  • * Each contactable Contact Number in each record should atleast be attempted at 3 different timings in a day and further attempted for 3 days until connected i.e. a total of 9 attempts at 9 different timings across 3 days  before disposing a contact number as Non Contactable if not connected.


  • * Written request atleast 2 working days ( 48 working hours ) prior to data getting exhausted  ( all data points should have been churned as per churn rule and left with no data points to call on fresh or in call back status )
  • * Exclude Sundays & Public Holidays.


  • * Daily Calling Report ( Format provided )
  • * Changes including Company Name Changes Required Report ( Format provided )
  • * Agent Daily Attendance Sheet ( Format Provided )
  • * Any other report introduced from time to time.
  • * Reports should reach XXXX team daily EOD (end of day) or latest by 10:00 AM next day morning


  • * Desktop Computers - good configuration with atleast 4 GB RAM
  • * Internet Explorer - Version 8.0
  • * Mobile Phone with Auto Call Recording facility and minimum 2GB Memory
  • * Headsets - Sound Clarity and Comfortable
  • * Internet Leased line - high speed & zero downtime
  • * Training Space with White Board, marker, duster and Projector


  • * Effective Communication Skills in English, Hindi & Local (Regional) Language
  • * Should possess basic Telephony etiquetttes and Sound good & confident on phone
  • * Very good keyboard (Typing) speed – 30 to 35 w.p.m (words per minute)
  • * Working experience of Microsoft Office - EXCEL (basic formulas)
  • * Internet Savvy – Able to intelligently research and generate data
  • * Possess good general knowledge of geography (cities & localities), postal pincodes, STD Codes
  • * Awareness of shops/ outlets/ establishments (branded/ non branded) in the City/ State
  • * Very Smart Freshers/ Undergraduates can be eligible
  • * Positive Attitude, Proactive, Outgoing Personality, Flexible to timings and work volumes


  • * Complete Training & Handholding
  • * Call Script & Mock Calls
  • * Quality Calibration
  • * Daily Quality Feedback with Error Details shared
  • * Regular Process Updates


  • * Email copy (soft copy) of invoice alongwith Validation Counts by 3rd of each month
  • * Invoice details cross checked and approved by Getit team
  • * Courier/ Submit hard copy of Invoice as per approved details alongwith all Supportings (All call recordings, Validation Location IDs Data) by 5th of each month
  • * Submitted Invoice forwarded to Getit Finance team by 7th of each month
  • * Payment due on 60 days from date of Invoice submission to Getit Finance Team.
