Dubai Inbound, chat and email support



Description of Client : Dubai based Strategic planning organization is looking for a contact center in India for Inbound, Outbound and Email Support Project. Client Supports the services below. 
  • All Offshore Company Registrations
  • New Company Registration in Dubai Business Setup Services in Dubai
  • Buy/Selling Running Business in Dubai
  • Dubai Business Visa
  • LLC formation
  • Trade Licence

Scope of Work for Center : Client needs 10 Seats of Inbound and Outbound, 10 seats for Chat Support and 15 Seats for Email support services. Total 35 Seats of Work.

  •  Inbound Center - Center would received Inbound calls from the customers all across UAE and Gulf countries who would be interested to start up the organization in Dubai. Our Client also takes care of many certifications and registration and is very reputed in the market.
  •  Chat Support - Agents needs to be online during this office hours and assist the customers with questions and updates regarding the company registration.
  •  E-mail Support - Agents would be responsible for collecting the Data from Inbound and Chat Support team and send the proposals to the Clients based on the demand and proportions requested.


 Payout : $8 Per Hour Per Agent For Inbound and $6 Per Hour per agent for Chat and Email Support.

 Expected Payment on Monthly basis : INR 20 Lakhs +

We are only looking for centers who can cater all the three fields for Client and we only need one center for this project.

 Signup Location : Dubai 

 Roadmap :
  1. Center to send Profile, DOT and Center Pictures.
  2. Profile would be sent to Client for Approval. 24-48 Hours required for the approval.
  3. Post receiving the approval Center will have to pay 50% of the Consultancy Amount and travelling charges for 2 Persons to Dubai.
  4. Post the payment is made we would inform them the dates so that they can get their tickets done too and can travel to Dubai for the Sign-up.
  5. On the day of Signup Center will have to release 50% of the consultancy amount. Center can prepare a DD and carry along with them and can hand it over to our person in Dubai before signup.
